If we unfortunately have to reject your application, we will delete your application documents at the latest 6 months later.

As a matter of principle, we receive your personal data from you in the course of the contract initiation or during the ongoing contractual relationship.
Exceptionally, in certain constellations your personal data may also be collected by other parties. These include occasion-related queries on relevant information from credit agencies, in particular on creditworthiness and credit behaviour.

Purposes and legal basis of data processing

When processing your personal data, the provisions of the EU-DS-GVO, the BDSG (new) and other relevant legal regulations are always observed.

Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures (e.g. to prepare offers for products or services) and to fulfil contractual obligations (e.g. to carry out our services or to process orders / orders / payments), (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b EU-DS-GVO), or if there is a legal obligation to process (e.g. due to tax regulations) (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c EU-DS-GVO). Storage period of the data

A storage of the data beyond the existence of the contractual relationship is only carried out in those cases in which we are obliged or entitled to do so. Regulations which oblige us to store data can be found, for example, in the German Commercial Code or in the German Fiscal Code. A retention period of up to ten years may result from these regulations. We may be entitled to do so, for example, on the basis of our contract or in accordance with Article 18 EU-DS-GVO. In many cases, service providers support our specialist departments in fulfilling their tasks. The necessary data protection agreements have been concluded with all service providers.
