Parliament of Scotland  Edinburgh

In 1998, following a referendum, the Scotland Act laid the foundations for a partially independent Scottish Parliament. The newly elected Parliament was first constituted on 12 May 1999.

The design is by the Catalan architect Enric Miralles. It is characterized by its striking roof in the shape of an inverted ship.

Technical information

Even the Scottish government has already relied on our experience in laying roll seam welded stainless steel roofs.

In addition, further tasks were added to the façade and interior of the building.
